Yoga Class every Monday morning! This yoga class is suitable for most levels, I will provide modifications for postures where possible so you can really choose how challenging you want to make the session. We will use postures and breath to improve physical strength, balance and stability. We will become mindful and present in our bodies, at points we will be lying down, at points we will be in standing balances but the main aim is to simply leave feeling better! All participants must be independently mobile and have relative confidence when doing general physical exercise.
